  • information submitted through contact forms;
  • technical information related to the use of the application, such as IP address, browser and device information, login times and activity within the system;
  • data from services connected by the user, in particular Google Ads and Meta Ads;
  • authorization tokens required to maintain the connection with third-party services.

3. Data obtained from Google

Unveno allows users to voluntarily connect Google Ads accounts they own or have been granted access to, using Google's OAuth 2.0 mechanism.

A connection is established only after the user grants consent on Google's authorization screen.

What Google access we use

To integrate with Google Ads, the application may use the following OAuth scope:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords

This scope is required by the Google Ads API to access Google Ads data.

Unveno uses the granted permission only to the extent necessary for the features offered to the user in the application.

Unveno does not use the integration to make changes to the user's advertising campaigns on its own. The application uses the Google Ads API to retrieve and analyze the data needed for reporting.

What Google Ads data may be retrieved

Depending on the accounts available to the user and the Unveno features used, the following may be retrieved in particular:

  • Google Ads account IDs;
  • information about available accounts and Google Ads manager accounts;
  • account names;
  • information about advertising campaigns;
  • information about ad groups;
  • information about ads;
  • information about keywords and other campaign elements used in reporting;
  • campaign types;
  • campaign statuses;
  • budgets;
  • number of impressions;
  • number of clicks;
  • advertising costs;
  • number of conversions;
  • conversion value;
  • conversion rates;
  • CPC, CPA, ROAS and other metrics calculated from advertising data;
  • historical campaign performance data.

The scope of data actually retrieved is limited to the information needed for Unveno's reporting and analytics features to work.

Unveno does not obtain the password to the user's Google account.

4. How we use Google data

Data received through the Google Ads API is used solely to provide the features available to the user in Unveno, in particular to:

  • display available Google Ads accounts;
  • present advertising campaign data;
  • create summaries and statistics;
  • calculate campaign performance metrics;
  • generate reports;
  • generate PDF reports;
  • compare campaign results and time periods;
  • create automated recurring reports;
  • analyze campaign results;
  • generate campaign recommendations and summaries;
  • perform AI analyses offered as an application feature.

Google data is not used for behavioral advertising targeted at the user or to build an advertising profile of the Unveno user.

We do not sell data obtained through the Google API.

We do not transfer Google data to data brokers or advertising platforms for ad targeting purposes.

5. Google data and artificial intelligence

Unveno may use advertising campaign data to perform automated analyses and prepare recommendations available to the user as part of the application's AI features.

Data received from the Google API is used solely to provide user-facing Unveno features.

Data received from the Google API is not used to create, train or improve generalized, non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Where third-party technology providers are involved in delivering AI features, they receive only the data necessary to perform the specific feature for the user and are required to adequately protect the data and not use it for their own independent purposes.

6. Compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy

Unveno's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data obtained through the Google API is used solely to provide and improve Unveno features that are directly visible and available to the user who granted access.

7. Storage of Google data and OAuth tokens

To keep the integration running continuously, Unveno may store OAuth authorization tokens, including tokens that allow access to the Google Ads API to be renewed without requiring the user to sign in each time.

Authorization tokens and other data enabling access to third-party services are protected against unauthorized access.

They can be accessed only by systems and authorized persons for whom such access is necessary to provide the service, ensure security or resolve failures.

We store Google Ads data only for as long as necessary to provide Unveno features to the user and to fulfil legal obligations.

After the integration is disconnected or the use of the service ends, data and tokens no longer needed to provide the services are deleted or anonymized, except for data that must be retained under applicable law.

8. Revoking access to your Google account

The user may disconnect their Google account from Unveno at any time.

Access can also be revoked directly in the Google account settings, in the section listing third-party apps and services with access to the account.

Once authorization is revoked, Unveno can no longer retrieve new data from that Google account.

The user may also contact us at:

contact@unveno.com

to request the deletion of data related to the integration.

9. Meta Ads integration

Unveno also allows users to connect Meta advertising accounts through Meta's official authorization mechanisms and API.
