Answers to the questions people ask most often before getting started with unveno and while using the app.
unveno is a web app that turns Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign results into ready-to-send PDF reports in minutes. It is built for marketing agencies, freelancers and in-house marketing teams that regularly report results to clients or managers.
Instead of clicking through ad platforms and assembling data in spreadsheets, you pick an account, a period and campaigns – and unveno prepares a clear report with charts, metrics and insights.
Currently Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). Both platforms are included in every plan. We pull data only through the official Google Ads and Meta APIs.
More integrations are in the works: Google Search Console, Google Maps, TikTok and LinkedIn.
There are three report types, matched to the goal of your campaigns:
Every report includes charts and breakdowns, and optionally an AI analysis with insights and recommendations.
Yes. Download the sample PDF report and see exactly what your client will receive.
There is nothing to install – unveno runs in your browser. You create an account (with email and password or with Google), choose a plan, connect your ad accounts and generate your first report. It usually takes less than 5 minutes, and preparing a single report takes about 2 minutes.
English and Polish. The language you choose applies to the dashboard, PDF reports, report emails and the AI analysis. You can change it at any time in Settings.
No. unveno has read-only access to the data needed for reporting. We never edit, pause or create campaigns, and we never change budgets.
No. You connect ad accounts through the official Google and Meta OAuth sign-in – you log in on Google's or Facebook's own page and approve access there. unveno never sees your password.
Authorization tokens and API credentials are stored encrypted, and the connection to the app is protected with HTTPS/TLS. See the Privacy Policy for details.
No. Data from your ad accounts is used only to prepare your reports and analyses. It is not used to build, train or improve general-purpose AI models. The external AI technology provider receives only the data needed to analyse a specific report.
Remove the account in the Connections tab – from that moment unveno stops pulling new data from it. You can also revoke access directly in your Google or Facebook account settings, in the section listing apps with access to your account.
Every new account starts with 7 days free of charge. During that time you can generate up to 10 reports, regardless of the plan you picked. We verify your card at the start but only charge it once the trial ends.
If you cancel during the trial, you keep access until it ends and we charge nothing. The trial is available once.
VAT is added to these prices. Need more than 500 reports a month? Contact us for a custom quote.
No. Every plan lets you connect an unlimited number of clients and ad accounts. Plans differ in the number of reports per billing period and in extra features.
Every generated report counts – both one-time reports and those sent automatically on a schedule. Viewing or re-downloading a report from History does not use up the limit.
The limit renews at the start of each billing period. You can check your current usage and renewal date in the Subscription tab.
Generating new reports is blocked until the limit renews. You can move to a higher plan to keep generating right away. Recurring reports paused because of the limit resume on their own once the limit renews or after you change plans.
During the trial the 10-report limit is fixed – your plan's full limit applies once the trial ends.
Open the Stripe portal from the Subscription tab. There you can change your plan and card and download invoices. Payments are handled by Stripe, which also issues the invoices.
Go to the Stripe portal from the Subscription tab and cancel your plan. There is no fixed-term contract – billing is monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, so you do not lose access immediately and pay nothing further.
Your report history, previews and PDF downloads remain available. Generating new reports is blocked and recurring report schedules are paused. Once you buy a plan, you can resume them in the Recurring reports tab.
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, as described in the Terms of Service. Cancelling a subscription or deleting your account does not refund the fee for a billing period that has already started. For billing questions, write to contact@unveno.com.
In the Connections tab, click “Connect Google Ads” and sign in with a Google account that has access to your ad accounts. If you use a manager account (MCC), unveno automatically pulls in every account under it – no copying of IDs.
Meta Ads needs a one-time setup: in Settings you enter the ID and secret of your own Meta app. A step-by-step guide is right there, and if you get stuck, a help button opens a support ticket with us straight away.
After saving the configuration, sign in with Facebook in the Connections tab. We will pull in all ad accounts available in your Business Manager.
unveno shows the accounts that the login you used has access to.
Once you have access, sign in again in the Connections tab to refresh the account list.
unveno has lost access to the account – most often because the authorization expired or was revoked on the Google or Meta side. Until you reconnect, neither new reports nor recurring reports work for that account.
Go to Connections and sign in again on that platform. The connection's expiry date is shown on the account list, and we warn you ahead of time when it is about to expire.
In the Reports tab:
A moment later you get a report preview with the option to download the PDF.
This month, last month, the last 3 months, the last 6 months, and any custom date range.
Yes. After you choose an account and date range, unveno loads the campaign list – you tick the ones that should appear in the report.
When this option is on, an AI model analyses the report data and adds a summary: what works, where the problems are and which specific actions are worth taking. The analysis is based solely on the data in the report – it does not guess missing information.
Generating a report with AI analysis may take a few seconds longer. Treat the recommendations as decision support, not a replacement for your own judgement.
When generating a report, tick email delivery and enter the recipients' addresses, separated by commas, spaces or new lines. A single report can be sent to at most 10 addresses. Recipients get the report as a PDF attachment right after it is generated.
In the History tab. You can reopen any report and download it as a PDF – even after your subscription has ended.
The account had no active campaigns with data in the selected period. Change the date range or check that you picked the right ad account.
Try again in a moment and check in the Connections tab whether the account needs reconnecting. If the problem persists, open a ticket in the Help tab – include the account name, date range and error text so we can find the cause faster.
You set a schedule once, and unveno generates the report and emails it as a PDF to the addresses you specify. You choose the account, report type, frequency (weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly), send day and hour, time zone and recipients (up to 10 addresses). You can also include the AI analysis.
Recurring reports are available on the Pro and Ultimate plans.
If you choose a day of the month that a given month does not have (e.g. the 31st), the report is sent on the last day of that month.
Yes. Each automatic send uses one report from your plan's limit.
A schedule is paused automatically in three situations – we email you about each one:
We do not catch up on send dates missed while paused – once resumed, the report goes out on the next scheduled date.
Yes. In the Recurring reports tab you can change the recipients, frequency, day, hour and time zone, and pause, resume or delete the schedule. A schedule you paused manually never resumes on its own.
On the Ultimate plan, upload your logo in Settings (PNG or JPG, max 2 MB). It appears in the header of every PDF report instead of the default unveno mark.
On the Ultimate plan, enter a sender address in Settings, e.g. reports@youragency.com. You will get DNS records to add at your domain provider, and once they are added you click “Check verification”. You never give us your mailbox password.
DNS propagation usually takes from a few minutes to a few hours, 48 hours at most. Until the domain is verified, reports are sent from the default unveno address. If you run into trouble, we will help you add the records.
Your saved logo and domain stay in Settings but are not used: PDF reports carry no logo and emails are sent from the default unveno address. When you return to the Ultimate plan, everything works again without setting it up from scratch.
Choose the password reset option on the login page – we will send you a link to set a new one. If you signed up with Google, simply log in with the Google sign-in button.
You can delete your account in Settings. This cannot be undone: we permanently delete your reports, connected ad accounts, saved API credentials, recurring report schedules, logo and sending domain. An active subscription is cancelled with no refund for the period already started. We keep no backup from which the account could be restored.
Once logged in, open a ticket in the Help tab – you will see the reply in the ticket thread and receive it by email. Help is available even without an active subscription.
